  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Processing Fee: A $10 USD restocking and processing fee may apply.

  • No Guarantee: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order Modifications

We allow changes to your order within the first 24 hours after purchase:

  • Available Modifications: Changes to size, shipping address, or product selection.

  • Limitations: If your order is already being prepared for shipment, changes may not be possible.

  • How to Request: Email support@us-essentialhoodie.com with your order details immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our return policy:

  • Refunds: We currently offer exchanges or store credit only (unless otherwise required by law).

  • 30-Day Return Window:

    • Wrong Item Received? Contact us within 30 days for a free exchange.

    • Defective or Damaged Product? Verified defects are fully covered, including return shipping.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to our error.

  • Limited Inventory: Some popular items may sell out quickly. Exchange availability is not guaranteed.

  • Final Sale Items: Certain products, such as limited drops, clearance, or customized items, are non-returnable.

  • Fraud Prevention: For security reasons, high-risk transactions may be refunded as store credit.
